This series reinterprets the iconic Adidas Samba by blending minimalist art direction with raw, industrial elements. My focus was to deconstruct the sneaker’s dual identity—moving seamlessly between everyday lifestyle and athletic performance. By contrasting the soft „peach“ tones of the design with unrefined stone and cold metal, I created a visual language that feels both grounded and elevated.

The project explores a balance of static product photography and dynamic fashion shots. While the still-life compositions utilize stones as raw pedestals within a strict grid, the lifestyle elements introduce a sporty energy. Ranging from everyday urban looks to a tennis-inspired aesthetic, the model’s movement breaks the architectural stillness of the set. Throughout the 11-image series, I integrated geometric circles mirrored from the shoe’s own design, ensuring that every frame—from the pose to the placement of a metal chair—follows a cohesive, graphic rhythm.
